How we recruit

We select as if the employer were in the room.

Employers are rarely present in Bangladesh during selection, so we apply their criteria ourselves. We consider the quality, not the quantity.

  1. S. M. Zillur Rahman meeting a Saudi business delegation around a dining table in Riyadh
    01

    Employer demand

We review each demand: trades, numbers, salary, terms, and the city where workers are needed.

  2. Candidates in white shirts seated at an orientation session
    02

    Selection and testing

Candidates go through a physical fitness check, a viva interview, and a practical test at a government-recognised testing centre.

  3. Selected workers lined up with officials before departure
    03

    Documents and deployment

We handle passport, police clearance, medical, visa, and immigration steps, brief each worker, and send them to the exact city the employer asked for, on the date committed.

Employers and markets

Our first successful job brings the next one.

Most new employers come to us through existing ones, so every placement is treated as the next referral. Proprietor S. M. Zillur Rahman meets employers and diplomatic missions in person.
