Overview

From woven fabric to finished, packed garments for international buyers.

Established in 2007 and in commercial operation since November 2008, Rahtex Industries Ltd. runs a weaving unit in Madhabdi, Narsingdi, long known as the Manchester of Bangladesh, and two garment units in Ashulia, Savar, near Dhaka. It is Rahman Group's manufacturing business and works alongside Rahtex Sourcing.

Our factories

Three production units, one standard.

Fabric is woven in Narsingdi and turned into finished garments on our floors in Ashulia, keeping quality and timelines under one management.

How we work

From fabric to shipment.

Every order moves through the same controlled sequence, with checks at each hand-off.

    Fabric store and inspection

    Incoming fabric is logged, stored by lot, and checked on an inspection machine before cutting.

    Cutting

    Long cutting tables and marker planning keep lay-ups accurate and waste low.

    Line-based production with lockstitch, overlock, flatlock, and specialist machines, supervised on every line.

    Ironing, needle detection, stain removal, and final inspection before garments are packed.
